CityCom helps residents report city and municipal issues by recording a voice message, which is transcribed and rewritten into a formal complaint email using artificial intelligence. The App then helps route the complaint to the appropriate local authority. CityCom is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government or municipal body.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using CityCom, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content. You may not use the App to harass any individual or organization, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
Complaints are drafted with the help of AI. While we strive for accuracy, transcriptions and generated text may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every complaint before it is submitted, and you remain solely responsible for the content you send.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
CityCom is a tool to help you communicate with local authorities. We do not guarantee that any complaint will be received, read, acted upon, or resolved by any third party. Response times and outcomes are determined entirely by the relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by CityCom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a limited license to process and transmit it for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
